PRAYER SESSIONS
"Breathe in the spirit of the WILD. Inspiritus Forest Prayer Sessions invite you to awaken, listen, and belong within the living wisdom of the woods.”

FOREST PRAYER SESSIONS
A quiet threshold in the trees, a sacred invitation for women longing to slow down, listen deeply, and remember themselves within the living world.

Forest Prayer Sessions are intimate gatherings rooted in the ancient human practice of communing with the more-than-human world. Echoed in traditions like Japanese Shinrin Yoku or forest bathing, quiet walking meditations, seasonal earth offerings, and solitary time beneath open sky, these sessions call women to enter the forest with reverence. Here, we step beyond performance or striving into presence, allowing body, mind, and heart to soften into the land's quiet wisdom.

Held in the heart of wilderness near Calgary, we begin with a simple grounding ritual to centre ourselves and open to nature's living language. As we venture deeper into the woods, walking meditatively, sitting in stillness, moving gently amidst the trees, we attune to the forest's rhythms: the whispers of wind through leaves, the rustle of branches, the songs of birds calling us home.

This is prayer beyond religion, simply attention, listening, presence. A conscious relationship with life's mystery that quiets daily noise and reveals the soul's deeper knowing. Here women remember their wild essence, their innate wisdom, their belonging to something far older and more alive than the separate self.

These sessions serve as a gentle threshold toward longer Utiseta "sitting out" practices, a small, held space to begin reclaiming transformation through nature's embrace.
Next Forest Prayer Session
May 17th
Together we will enter the forest as sacred companion: walking gently, sitting in stillness, listening for what is stirring beneath the noise of daily life.

This is a space for prayer, presence, and belonging; a return to the old knowing that the land is not separate from us, but alive, responsive, and full of wisdom.

We will walk gently, pause often, sit in silence, and listen for what is stirring beneath the surface. This is not a performance and not a program to complete. It is a space for remembrance. A space to let the forest hold you, to soften the edges of your day, and to return to the quieter wisdom that lives in your body, your heart, and your soul. I will guide you through select mindfulness practices and we will close in a special Red Thread & tea Ceremony together.

Each participant will receive a small gift to take home with them to remind them of their time in ceremony.
