Meditation for Feeling Compassion

Becoming mindful of our deep, intense emotions can be alchemical. When we allow for space for these emotions to surface and be experienced there is the potential to begin to transform them. Being vulnerable and creating this space is courageous and can help us cultivate a deeper and more meaningful relationship with ourselves and then with the world around us. The catalyst for this is compassion, meaning "to be with our suffering. Not avoiding or running but being with what truly is.
